West Coast Beach Trip

Our trip starts at 8:30 am. Once the catamaran is on open water, the sails are hoisted if the wind permits and it’s smooth sailing with the current to the west coast of Curaçao! The destination is Cas Abao Beach, rated one of the most pristine beaches in Curacao and the world! Here you can jump into the water and explore the depths! Complimentary snorkel gear (mask and pipe) is available on board.

If you’ve joined the trip for a scuba dive, this is the place. Once at Cas Abao you can gear up and dive into the water. You can dive on the right or left side of the bay, depending on the current. On both sides Cas Abao has a healthy reef to explore, with different types of coral, sponges, and marine life like frogfish, moray eels, squid, spotted trunkfish, mantis shrimp, and even rare seahorses. Eagle rays are known to call this their home and wild dolphins, stingrays and sea turtles have also been spotted. And while our guests enjoy themselves, the crew prepares the most delicious BBQ lunch! Lunch is served at noon, which is also the time the premium open bar opens.

After lunch, around 2:00 pm, we slowly start heading back staying close to the coastline of Curacao to admire all the sights up close. We make a short stop at Kokomo Beach, if their buoy is available for mooring. Kokomo Beach is known for its elaborate night parties, but during the day it’s the perfect beach to just hang out and enjoy the Caribbean water. Jump off the boat, off the pier or take a cool selfie on the Kokomo swing, conveniently placed in the water for an iconic vacation selfie! After this short stop, we continue our trip close to the coast. A visit to the "pontjesbrug" (floating bridge) completes the trip. We dock at 5:00 PM.
